We ship all Non-Continental US and P.O. Box Address's via USPS (US-Post) Priority, Insured. (2-6 day Arrival from order date)
We Ship all International Orders via USPS (US-Post) Priority Mail International, Insured. (4-10 day Arrival from Order date depending where you live in the world.)
FedEx, UPS, Charge a broker fee on top of the shipping charges ($40.00USD) just to handle the customs USPS does this for free and at a cheaper Shipping cost to the customer.

For an RMA explaining what lamp and what brand, model of ballast being used.
Advanced Technology Solutions Handles the Manufacture Warranty Direct With its
Customers.
If We Feel the Lamp needs to be returned it will be at the Customers Expense Via
FedEx Ground (average cost is $7.50)
We will Replace the part at Our Discretion Per the Manufactures Warranty Policy.
Customers in the USA will Receive the New Part Via Fedex Ground or USPS at our
Cost, Customers Outside The Continental US are Required to pay the Exact Cost
incurred to us by the USPS for Shipping Internationally.

Gear Unopened and Seal Intact we will take the Item Back *Customer is
Responsible for cost of shipping product back
to us via FedEx Ground Insured for Total items value being sent back,
Original Shipping is also not refundable as this was paid to the carrier.
